The customer service staff assists customers from a five county service area of the upstate of South Carolina. Customer inquiries range into all aspects of the upstate sewer industry. Common inquiries include questions concerning the wastewater treatment charge, the Six Month Savings program and the New-Account fee program. Also assistance is provided to customers who seek information from one of the 17 sewer sub-districts of the ReWa system. ReWa is the states largest sewer district serving 112,000 accounts with a population of 450,000.
