REFUND POLICY

Renewable Water Resources issues refunds to residential, commercial and industrial accounts that have paid sewer service charges but have not received sewer service.

Refund research and validation will be billed at the overhead allocation rate in effect during the fiscal year of the refund. This amount currently approximates $28 an hour and will be subject to annual adjustment.
